Halloween Quiz

The Spooky Spectrum is the General Knowledge Club’s annual thematic quizzing event, strategically scheduled around the end of October. This event's primary function is to engage a broader, diverse audience through a fun, themed competition while subtly maintaining the club’s core focus on knowledge.

Importance

The quiz is executed in a themed, multi-round format, with participants often encouraged to wear costumes, which enhances the social and visual atmosphere.

• The content is a blend of General Knowledge with specialized categories relevant to the season, such as Horror Lore (mythology, literature, cinema), History of Halloween, and Spooky World Facts.

• The project acts as an important outreach initiative, attracting students who might not attend traditional quizzes, thus helping the club discover new talent.

• Prizes are typically awarded for both the top quiz performance and the Best Costume, successfully incentivizing wider participation.
